How do I ship my products and how much does it cost?

After you place your order a Togg!e representative will review and email you a FedEx shipping label.  Just print the label, tape to a box and you're ready to go!  The cost of FedEx ground service both ways is included in the per-image price.  Exceptions may apply for overweight items.  If you require faster shipping, just let us know and the difference between the cost of ground service and express service will be charged to your order.

Who decides how my products will appear?

When your products arrive a representative will call you to discuss how you'd like your products photographed.  Often we do this as a video conference so we can arrange the products right in front of you.  If you have previous images you'd like to match, just provide an example and we'll keep your images consistent.

How much does it cost and what's included in the price?

With Togg!e there are no surprise charges or extraneous fees.  You pay a per-image price that includes everything — from shipping and shooting to retouching and resizing.  Our goal is to provide images that are immediately ready for your use, so you can include your exact specifications with your order.  Your images can even be numbered by SKU to make loading in web stores easy.

How do I receive my images and what formats do I receive?

Once your images are complete you'll receive a username and password to download your images.  No complicated software — your web browser will do the job.  We can output your images to any size and format you require.

How long do you need to have my products and when will I get my photos?

Every order of 100 images is delivered within 5 business days from product receipt.  In a hurry?  Our rush service makes it possible to get images in 3 days or even the next business day.  Orders of 100 images or more typically take no more time, but inquire with a representative to be sure.
