Image Counts
Please specify the number of images you need rather than the number of products to be photographed. For example, if you need the front and back of a plate photographed, select a quantity of two.
Shipping
After you place your order a Togg!e representative will review and email you a FedEx shipping label. Just print the label, tape to a box and you're ready to go! The cost of FedEx ground service both ways is included in the per-image price. Exceptions may apply for overweight items. If you require faster shipping, just let us know and the difference between the cost of ground service and express service will be charged to your order.
Product Styling
When you place your order you can choose between many different kinds of product presentation, background and styling. Even better, email us a photo of your own as a guide!
Pricing
With Togg!e there are no surprise charges or extraneous fees. Your per-image price includes everything — from shipping and shooting to retouching and resizing. Our goal is to provide images that are immediately ready for your use, so you can include your exact specifications with your order. Your images can even be numbered by SKU to make loading in web stores easy.
Receiving Images
Once your images are complete you'll receive a username and password to download your images. No complicated software — your web browser will do the job. Sorry, we are not able to provide images on CD or DVD.
Satisfaction Guarantee
At Togg!e we know that you want your product to look its absolute best, so we guarantee the quality of your images. If you aren't happy with the final result and deem them unusable, you won't be charged.
Turnaround
Every order of 100 images is delivered within 5 business days from product receipt. In a hurry? Our rush service makes it possible to get images in 3 days or even the next business day. Orders of 100 images or more typically take no more time, but inquire with a representative to be sure.
Photo Credit Discount?
Including a photo credit for Togg!e on your images is a great way to save money. The credit (our URL) is placed in an unobtrusive location in a light grey.
